Combining High Power
Production of harder and more stable rubber mold is possible by applying high pressure. In the case of the AV3, maximum press power is 2325 kg (when 600kPa) which is approximately 1.9 times higher than conventional model. Further, fine pressure control by 10 kPa increments also possible.
Two-step pressurization is performed automatically based on preset operating conditions. Mold production of natural rubber, which needs difficult pressure adjustment, can be easily performed.
IMPROVING OPERATING EFFICIENCY
Heating space is as large as 270 (W) x 240 (D) x 130 (H), so a large-sized rubber mold can be produced.
The area of the heat plate has been expanded by 150% compared to the former model. A more lot of rubber mold can be produced at a time, so more improvement of operating efficiency is possible.

NEW TWO-STEP PRESSURIZATION
Select a setting item from pressure temperature and time. Then turn the dial to change the set value. Finally push in the dial once to finish setting. Setting work can be performed quickly and comfortably.
Designed for safety by detecting abnormality such a deviation from standard supply pressure, heater malfunction, a wire break in thermo sensor, abnormal temp. rise of control unit and heater overheat to prevent accident.
PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
By the new style digital console panel, you can view contents of settings and operating status at a glance. Anyone can easily operate even when adjustment in fine increments is necessary for setting.
Since the function of precise temperature control by on degree Celsius step is installed, high quality molds of various rubber kinds can be produced.
DIGITAL CONSOLE PANEL SHOWS SETTINGS INFORMATION AT A GLANCE
Up to 99 sets of operation conditions of pressure, time, temperature, continuous heating value can be stored in the memory. Operation conditions of rubber molds can be controlled one by one, so work efficiency can be enhanced.
