Technology assisting the combustion by compressing the air entering the chamber is a conventional method commonly known for 20 years. This method is not good for both the working environment and furnace because it spreadouts the burning gas and moisture vapor in the room. Yasui RBF37 achieves extensive improvements of combustion etticiency without compressing the air.
Uniform Heat Transfer
Yasui RBF (Rotating Burnout Furnace) assures uniform heat transfer thanks to its minimal thermal difference between heater surface and chamber as well as inside air displacement created by the turntable rotation. All the flasks are heated at the same temperature regardless of distance from the heating coil.
Afterburner Yasui's advanced technology realized complete non-smell and non-pollution from the furnace itself or from the exhaust.
Minimal Heat Loss While Opening The Door
Yasui RBF37 assures minimal heat loss and temperature drop by making its door small. We have also improved its workability with smaller door much better than the ordinary burnout furnaces. The flask you want is the flask you get at the door thanks to the FLASK RECALL SYSTEM with memory number. Also because the flasks are not stocked up in layers, it is very easy and fast to load-unload the furnace.

The cost per flask has been successfully reduced by 40% compared to previous model thanks to Yasui's sophisticated designing.
Precise Temperature Control
One burnout cycle can be programmed up to 4 steps. Optimum heating power is automatically calculated and applied for each temperature zone.
Easy -To-Access Control Panel
Various information is obtained from the control panel, such as present step no., present burning out temperature inside the furnace, and present rotating position of the turntables etc.
Overheat Protection Device - Safety For Stones In Flask
The value of precious stones inside the furnace is beyond comparison with the value of the furnace. RBF37's overheat protection device on the front panel can can prevent the precious stones safely from the overheating. Should the temperature exceed the settting value, the power is immediately shut off.
Recovering After Power Failure
In case of power failure during automatic burnout steps, the interrupted burnout STEP is memorized. After power is recovered, the burnout cycle automatically resumes from the step interrupted by the previous power failure.

10 kinds of different burnout cycles can be memorized on the controller.
Auto Door
The foot pedal enables to open and shut the door automatically with freehand.
